DTG has ballz.
Crazy dude. Also, only having Quick Attack for offense can get repedative. We are Lv5, right?

Why thank ya, Kin. I felt like being the first one to map out an unexplored area... Or at least attempt to map out an unexplored area. Haha ^^;. It seems you've beaten me to my own question by the way, I came here expecting to ask what all our starting levels were as well.

Just you watch- I`ll finish this mission, then I`ll become the SECOND person to map out a new area. *nodnod*

Re: PMD Time Out
Not if I map it out first . Though that's highly unlikely so you'll probably get it mapped out before me.
I guess I'll just have to settle for first. *Sigh* Poor me.

Oh, damn. I`m such a fool.
I should of stocked up on Blast Seeds before setting out. Those things are cool. And Poke_Hunter`s idea of `Parafusion Beam` is so epic it`s not even funny. Shame that, to have any really cool combos, I`ll first have to pay to get some new moves. Or I could go with THE BEST COMBO EVER in game, at least- TAIL WHIP+TACKLE, OH YES.

Re: PMD Time Out
I hadn't even noticed there was a limit to how many items we can bring with us, though I conveniently picked the exact maximum amount. Lucky me. I luckily avoided a second fail this early in my PMD career, Dx.
Can you believe I've never actually linked moves together in PMD? , *Gasp* I know, right?

There`s a maximum limit?
Er... Derp. ;^_^
You`ve NEVER linked moves in PMD?
OMG. You don`t know what you`re missing out of. In Sky, Charge+Thunder Fang works wonders (I`m a Shinx).

Re: PMD Time Out
Haha yep. 10 items, apparently, and I brought everything I had.
And nope, I've never linked moves. Well, except one time, but I didn't find it that useful really. I can't even remember what moves I linked. Tackle and like Growl I think. Meh, wuteves. I guess I can try out linking in the playthrough of Darkness I'm doing right now.
Tail Whip+Tackle you say?

Re: PMD Time Out
Yes, Tail Whip+Tackle is VERY helpful. Especially against bosses. Just make sure to put Tail Whip first- If you put it second, it won`t be nearly as effective. The way it works is that Tail Whip lowers the opponent`s defense, that you then capitalize on with Tackle. And, since it`s a drop to your opponent`s defense, your partner can also capitalize on it. You can just keep spamming it, and your attacks will do more and more, and more, and more...
Yeah. I think you get the idea.
Though, I`ve also found Charge+Spark to be helpful as a Shinx (replace Spark with Thunder Fang when you learn it). It boosts the power of the electrical move, and the Sp. Def boost is EXTREMELY helpful. In fact, I found that without using it, I took surprisingly high damage from moves. After I used it, the damage I took was much better, turning me into an absolute beast. Once I can evolve... oh god, that will be amazing. I already devoured every Protein I could find.
Also, something I discovered thanks to my partner- Having Skitty as a partner is really helpful early on. Thanks to normalize, she deals massive damage with her STAB Zen Headbutt- a very high-powered move to have from the beginning. Dude, Neko (my partner) OHKOed ROCK-TYPES. That`s scary.

Re: PMD Time Out
... Skitty learns Zen Headbutt? There's something I didn't expect. Too bad I don't care for Skitty at all, really.
Also, can one pick up a mission they like but wait to start it, or do they have to start the mission once they've taken it? I'm going to be using the Link Shop to get Energy Ball on Vulpix just because it's awesome, and this just came to mind.

Yes, everyone starts at level 5. No, you can't pick a mission but wait to start it.
Also don't forget that I have eight people to update D: So I might take a day or two to get to you. Whoever's waited longer.
Also I'm willing to update RF with anyone for an hour (if I can), if they pay me 1 SP in the ASB.

Re: PMD Time Out
Default attacks FTW.
Speaking of default attacks, does the list of 'every Pokémon can learn these' apply to the PMD section, too?

>First Area Mapping out
Pfft. First Outlaw Hunter is WAAAY better. I mean, what's more fun-sounding? Catching a dangerous criminal or helping to make a map?
>Kin Liking Parafusion Beam
I appreciate the comment. If the PMD section had team vs. team, that combo on a Rotom would be LETHAL.

@Kin: Yes, the 4 basic attacks apply here too.
@PH: And that is why Rotom has been removed from the list of starters. Consider yourself lucky.

First and only Rotom, then. Nice.

Re: PMD Time Out
Only until I find where you get them. Then I'm gonna hang around there till I get one, gosh darn it.
>Hard Missions
No one is allowed to boast until they do a mapping mission in a dungeon with an Outlaw. That would be epic.
